All products sold through AwesomeTools.com are warranted by their respected manufacturers, and while any warranty requests may ultimately have to be directed to them, we invite you to contact us first at returns@awesometools.com to see if we can quickly and easily solve the problem for you.  Our goal is your complete satisfaction!

"Contech warrants to the original purchaser of its products that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from purchase date. Additional details are included in the instruction booklets." Flambeau

"Flambeau will repair and/or replace, at no cost to the buyer, any of it's products found to be defective upon purchase, or failed to perform up to expected standards during normal use due to materials and/or workmanship.  Buyers should call 1-800-232-3474 (Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm EST) to get product replacement service and/or answers to any questions regarding Flambeau or its products."

OrnaMates

"Consumer's questions concerning Flambeau OrnaMates can be answered by calling 1-800-232-3474, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Flambeau believes in standing behind the quality items we produce and in responding to the needs of our customers."

Ultimate Tools
